Hello Georgia....Atlanta and Albany!

Scott worked in ATL for a week and I spent too much time shopping.

Shannon met me at Phipps Plaza one day for lunch.

Alexis got to see her Uncle John, Aunt Nicole, Cousin Max and Cousin Alli while

we were in town. We only had a few hours together but not to worry....we'll have a full week

together at Christmas when we all meet in Colorado!

Their subdivision had a Christmas festival with Santa while we were there.

We thought it was kind of early for Santa but at least Alexis got to sit in Santa's lap!

We also met up with our friends Damon, Danielle and Elliana. Elli is 2 1/2 months younger than

Alexis. Needless to say they'll be BFF's! We can't wait to move back so we can have play dates!

Next, we headed to Albany to spend a week with my family! Grandpa and Mommom were so excited to spend time with Alexis!

We had a little party for Alexis so everyone could stop by and see her! She was quite a doll in her little dress!

The next day Shannon picked me up to take me to the salon for a much needed hair cut and highlights. Scott and the grandparents took care of Alexis. The 6 hours I was gone (not all at the salon) was the longest I'd ever been away from Alexis. Above Mommom is feeding Alexis a pumped bottle.

We made time to see Ms. Judy (Shannon's mom) who is a dedicated blog reader. We saw Uncle Josh too. He was in the kitchen serving up some yummy pumpkin dish. Josh, I still want the recipe!

We survived the flight back to Belgium and now we get to do it all over again in two weeks when we head back to the U.S. for Christmas.
