We made it! It seems like we've been on the road forever, but we finally made it to Brugge, Belgium! We received the keys to our home today and our container of belongings arrives on Monday.

It was a lot of firsts for us today. We established a bank account and received (debit-ish) cards, purchased a washer (we have no way of getting it to us though. Our plan is to put it in our rental car and drive a couple miles with it - we'll keep you posted on how that goes) and finally we registered at the town hall to be residents of Brugge, Belgium.

We've been having a blast on our journey so far. We arrived in Venice, Italy on Thursday, 25th (I think) and had Shannon's weddings the 26th and 27th. That's right - 2 weddings. To get married outside in Venice you have to have a civil ceremony at the town hall. Scott and I were witnesses for that wedding! The outside wedding was beautiful! Thanks Shannon and Josh for letting us tag along and be a part of your special day. (The picture above is from the canals of Venice)

After the wedding, the entire wedding party of 12 boarded the Splendour of the Seas by Royal Caribbean and cruised to Athens, Greece - Mykonos, Greece - Rhodes, Greece - and Dbrovnik, Croatia.
